The currently popular "uni-niku" (sea urchin + meat) is topped with Hokkaido's finest salmon roe in the "uni-kura" course, and also includes fresh, boiled crab meat from Sakaiminato. The course also includes shredded domestic crab meat, rare natural tuna medium fatty cuts, fresh whitebait directly from the fishermen, and the meat in the "uni-kura" course is rare roast beef from the marbled and rare cuts of Japanese Black Wagyu beef.
