The currently popular "Unikura" course is made with Hokkaido's finest salmon roe and "Uninik" (sea urchin + meat), and also includes premium boiled raw crab meat from Sakaiminato. The "Unikura" course includes shredded premium domestic crab meat, rare wild tuna medium fatty tuna collar, fresh whitebait delivered directly from the fisherman, and the meat for the "Unikura" is rare triangular roast beef, a rare cut of marbled Japanese Black Beef.
